Our importer works with all major e-mail providers & all major social networking sites.

For e-mails simply add your email address and the password you would normally use for it.
Social network sites: to import all your friends from Facebook/MySpace for example you need to fill in your Facebook/MySpace login email and password here and the import function will show all of your friends, the same rule applies to all the other network sites in the list.
